1. About Us

Ashna Power Pro is a Kenyan retailer of power tools, hand tools, agricultural machinery, solar equipment, and commercial equipment. We are located at Superior Arcade Building, 1st Floor, Shop 1-04 & 2-10, Accra-Dubois Road Junction, Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under Kenyan law to purchase from us.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice — the price at checkout is final. Product images are for illustration only; actual items may vary slightly. Stock availability is not guaranteed.

4. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We accept M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa) and major credit/debit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Delivery

• Nairobi & Kiambu: Within 1 business day
• Rest of Kenya: Within 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for courier delays. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. Contact us with your order details and photos to initiate a return.

We do not accept returns for: used or misused products, items with tampered seals or serial numbers, opened consumables (blades, discs, etc.), or custom/special-order items.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. See our full Return Policy for details.

7. Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties — duration and coverage vary by brand. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Always read the safety manual before using power tools or machinery. Ashna Power Pro is not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper product use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and logos — belongs to Ashna Power Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately at Info@Ashnapowerpro.co.ke.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, to submit false information, or to scrape data without permission. Violations may result in account suspension and referral to Kenyan authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Ashna Power Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. We do not sell your data. Information shared with courier partners is solely for order fulfilment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site after changes are published means you accept the new Terms.
